Hello! My name is Adriana Herring and I'm an independent casting director, performer, and creative producer, originally from Richmond, Virginia and currently based in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

A little bit about me...
 

I come from a radio and journalism background, and moved to North Carolina to get my Master's in Creative Producing at  UNC School of the Arts (go pickles!) While I do enjoy writing and producing, I started casting director work several years ago and fell in love with it!
Since then, I have cast for several commercials, web series, and
award winning short films. 

 

One of the shorts, "Sweet Pea" premiered at the 2024 Beyond Cary Film Festival and was an official selection for the Indigo Moon Film Festival, as well as the Raleigh Film & Art Festival where it won "Best Short." Another short, "Bleached" won the 2025 NAACP Cinematic Shorts Competition.

In Spring 2024 I launched Posi-Train Productions LLC, an independently owned and operated casting agency. Since launching, I've cast for many productions and am ready and available for casting services at this time. When I'm not casting, I'm acting, which I feel

makes me an even better casting director.

I am grateful for all of the different perspectives I've gained in this independent filmmaking industry thus far, and the opportunities I've had. I would love the opportunity to work with you and help you find the cast to keep your project on track!
